The Lotus Alpha product family delivers WiFi 6 (802.11ax) access points — including the indoor ax820 and outdoor OD-ax821 — purpose-built for high-density deployments in enterprise campuses, hospitals, hotels, retail chains, educational institutions, and smart city infrastructure. The NetForce switch family spans Layer 2 managed switches (d486, d822, e822) and Layer 3 managed switches (c122, c244, c802, e486) with full PoE+ support, 10G uplinks, and advanced routing protocols including OSPF, PBR, and IPv6. All Immunity Networks hardware integrates natively with Immunity Net Cloud, the company's AIOps cloud controller, enabling zero-touch provisioning, real-time telemetry, AI-driven anomaly detection, and centralised policy management across every site from a single dashboard. Immunity Networks holds PM-WANI PDOA certification, enabling public WiFi hotspot deployments for rural connectivity and smart city programmes across India. Every deployment is supported through three dedicated service tiers — Professional Services for network design and commissioning, Tech Support for SLA-backed remote and on-site assistance, and Managed WiFi/Switching for fully outsourced network operations — delivered entirely by local India-based engineers with no dependence on overseas OEM support chains.
