The OD-ax821 is the primary access point for PM-WANI hotspot deployments — connecting village communities, gram panchayat offices, rural markets, and public common service centres to high-speed internet without requiring wired infrastructure at every endpoint. It is equally well-suited for university and college campuses, industrial estates, warehouse and logistics facilities, hotel courtyards and resorts, airport aprons and terminals, and large hospitality outdoor areas where reliable long-range WiFi coverage must endure all weather conditions year-round. Every Lotus Alpha OD-ax821 is managed centrally through the NetCloud Central AIOps controller — providing zero-touch provisioning, real-time uptime monitoring, automated fault alerts, captive portal management for PM-WANI and hospitality sites, per-device bandwidth analytics, and centralised configuration across all remote and urban sites from a single cloud dashboard, with no on-site IT staff required for deployment or ongoing management. All Lotus Alpha hardware is backed exclusively by Immunity Networks' own engineers in India through three service tiers: Professional Services for deployment project management, Tech Support for remote monitoring, on-call, and on-site assistance, and Managed WiFi where Immunity Networks' dedicated resources fully operate and manage the entire outdoor wireless network on the customer's behalf — with no dependency on overseas OEM helpdesks or third-party integrators.
